We recently adopted our puppy from the Vancouver SPCA, and the experience was wonderful. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the right home for her. Each time I've walked into the vet hospital. Front end staff dont greet you, or say hi or say" one moment please" Instead they ignore me like I don't exist. Your staff don't ever smile. They look angry and quite frankly pissed off. And each time after standing there I walk out thinking maybe it was a one off.. but its not. We adopted our beloved cat, Zuko, from the BC SPCA 16 years ago.
