Nice building, the staff were friendly. The tech we had seemed either new to the job, or new to the building, didn't seem super confident and was a little unprofessional at times, but other techs seemed better
I took my cat in with a U.T I and they were the only vet that could get him in immediately. They explained everything to me, provided medication and the fee was not as bad as I had expected.I will definitely be back for a follow up to see how he's doing in a couple of weeks and thankful for the wonderful service I received. Thankyou for everything.
My cat suddenly became lethargic and stopped eating and drinking . I took her in and saw Dr. Rook, a new Vet to us who does not know my cat. The appointment was a mess. Dr. Rook was unable to communicate effectively, displayed strange inappropriate behaviour and did not listen. The room was absolutely freezing and my very sick cat was shivering.
