We took our Jayco camper in for some warranty work. They helped us get everything fixed and it was all covered by warranty. They completed the work quickly and it was a great experience. Very good customer service, would recommend!
It was nearly a disaster. I noticed in the mirror that the rig wasn't tracking true. We hadn't put our mirrors out and at first I thought maybe the angle was just different, but I kept checking and realized the rear tires were out of line. We pulled into a rest area and discovered a bolt missing from a leaf spring. I worked for a while but lacked the correct bolt, proper tools and necessary know-how to very effective. We pulled in at closing time & they helped us without hesitation. It was a quick fix & the hospitality was outstanding! They saved us from spending a night with no AC. Thank you so very much!!!
