While the work performed by BC Roofing was fine, I was disappointed that the bill was 60% higher than the quote. I was approached by BC Roofing after a storm, and I was told it would be $350 + tax, including materials. The total was $650, and there was a charge for shingles! I did email the business, but they chose not to respond. I do understand that the quote was for an hours work, and they spent longer. Called office, spoke to Brian and explained that we may have a roof leak, he sent out serviceman Cory who was pleasant and knowledgeable and found no roof leak. Brian called me back later stating that nothing was found wrong with the roof and didn't charge us for the service call. Very professional and courteous service, thanks so much.
