We discovered a leak in our roof during heavy rainfall, and with more on the way the following day needed a quick resolution. After calling several businesses, Brian at BC Roofing was the only one able to provide a repair within the same day. The following morning when the heavy rain returned we were leak free. Huge thanks to Brian and his team for the quick repair!
Brian was incredibly accommodating with our requests prior to installation. Post installation, we presented a concern and it was rectified without hesitation. Brian proved that customer service is a high priority to BC roofing and they will not stop until the job is done right.
Thank you to B.C. Roofing for their immediate and exceptional response recently. We had an area of ice damming on our roof, which has quite a high pitch. Within an hour of contacting Brian, a crew was at our home to rectify the problem.
