Can’t answer the phone during business hours and has a full voicemail. That there tells me this business repeatedly doesn’t respond to customers and doesn’t even check their voicemails. Their reviews are probably from clients of Saratoga homes who’s landscaping came with the home not because they hired them directly OR fake reviews. Very unprofessional. Looking elsewhere.
BC Pro Contractors recently completed landscaping our backyard. We are extremely satisfied. We worked with Nikko. He was very patient and listened to ideas we had. He made great suggestions and put together the vision we had in mind. We can not say enough about the work crew. They were prompt, courteous, professional and hard workers. The foreman was absolutely great. He kept us informed of what was being done at all times and made sure the putting green was how my husband wanted. We just had our landscaping done by BC Landscaping. Everything went smoothly from design to completion. His workers are the best: punctual, Knowledgeable, and efficient. We are using them on our next project, a pergola.
