Called Jason late Saturday afternoon. He showed up 20 mins later. Fixed my sub pump (check valve). Fast...friendly...& Done!!! Thanx again!!
So tired of companies that claim they are 24/7 emergency service providers but when you call, you get an answering machine, leave a message but no one has the common courtesy to call you back to say they can or cannot help you. I left a message stating that our water pump broke, we are a family of 7, & we needed help immediately but NO ONE called back. Great customer service, NOT!! What I see is false advertisement!! I get people get busy but the least you can do is call back & let us know that you got our message & explain ... read more
