While waiting for our food that took twice as long as it was supposed to, I literally sat there and watched the female employee grab dirty dishes from the dining area, throw used food in the trash, spray them off at the dish washing area and then proceed to wipe her hands on her pants before heading straight to the food prep area to handle the food without ever washing her hands.
Ordered around 40$ worth of food today for delivery. Website says they are open when they were not. Allowed us to put orders in even tho no one is at the store. This store has been notorious for being forgetful and bad at turning off even their open signs. If they had competent staff/management things like leaving their website open when they are closed and make people spend money with no warning wouldnt happen.
