My experience with BC Motors was fantastic. I found one of their cars(2019 subaru impreza) online and scheduled a test drive. My salesman was Sal and after some quick paperwork I was handed the keys and informed that wherever I needed to go to test the vehicle was on the table. take it out to the highway if you need to test it there. I purchased 2 cars from BC Motors in the last year. Ben is a great guy to work with. Highly recommend them.
Ben was really friendly and patient with us, also pretty happy with the vehicle we purchased.
We had a confirmed deal on a vehicle with Ben, including an agreed-upon price. After speaking with him, managing the payment, and going to pick it up, he suddenly refused the agreed price and tried to change the deal. This kind of behavior is dishonest and unprofessional. I strongly recommend others stay away and be careful when dealing with him.
