Thankyou to BC motorhomes and particularly Aidan. Wanted to upgrade campervan to something bigger,newer with a few more mod cons and BC motorhomes had a good range on offer. They gave a good deal on a part exchange making it a nice easy process. Although some distance away I was able to view the vehicle (thankyou to Connor) and was always kept up to date with timelines and preparations which were well adhered to. We called in with a problem with the hab door lock. Louis had a look and fixed it with a smile. Fantastic service. It saved us from altering our plans and going all the way with a broken lock.
We had our van in at the service department for some minor age related issues. All sorted and done under warranty. Donna kept us up to date and it was ready when promised. We would highly recommend John and all the team at BC Motorhomes for sales and after sales service.
Great service honest & upfront called after inspection to address costs associated with repairs & very happy with the how quick they turned around the van.
