Received great service from BC Hydro and their customer service centre for booking our service hookup. Also the local lineman installers provided fast service connection times. Thanks very much for the fast response and great service!
Sitting in the dark outside my Panorama hotel because the power is out and the phones and doors don't work. The outage report says 373 people are affected. Apparently guests don't count. Outage at 6:30. No update at 8:25.
Well, I haven’t even been home for a month, thermostat right down and just received an alert that I’m on my way to a higher rate! HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE! Ripping me off or wat?
