Im soooo impressed with bc hydro and the team that was working tonight we had a transformer snap off during the crazy wind storm my bf called them and told them what happened and a hr after calling they showed up and fixed the problem and they where sooo professional and got the job done quickly. Sorry this is how you had to spend your friday night guys. Bc hydro have my respect good job bc hydro team tonight

Absolutely aweful service. Impossible top speak to a real person and the the computerized run a round sucks. Less than a 1 star but I guess that is the lowest I can do.
Terrible service! Disconnect your meter without notifying you! No phone call, text email or knock on the door. They don’t even drive trucks that say BC hydro !
