Absolutely aweful service. Impossible top speak to a real person and the the computerized run a round sucks. Less than a 1 star but I guess that is the lowest I can do.
Terrible service! Disconnect your meter without notifying you! No phone call, text email or knock on the door. They don’t even drive trucks that say BC hydro !
I recently had a service upgrade at my house that was not announced to my electrician until noon the day they were completing the work. He only received an email and no verbal contact or anything in the email to attend on site. This led us to believe that they were only upgrading their side of the grid and going to contact us for a further date to complete the meter transfer.
