Horrible. We heard a loud bang and then the power went out. 7hrs without power now and no sign of a repair crew even though the website says a crew was dispatched and the estimated time of the crew to be onsite was 6hrs ago. Ridiculous. BC Hydro powers our pump house. No power means no water. We can't live without water obviously. Liars.
Rob in customer service was very friendly. He was able to answer all of my questions in a very timely and respectful manner! Get this man a raise! Thank you!!
