We called to report arcing along our high voltage line. From reporting to execution of Hydro coming to remove the tree in the lines we had great service and communication. Definitely a positive response.
Not impressed that no notice was given the the power was going to be turned off. I understand the transformers need to be replaced but it is not acceptable to not give notice to people so they can prepare for the outage.
The website is VERY useless, can't view any important history/billing information.
