Jhoe was very professional and competent. He did a great job repairing sections of flooring that were not leveled properly eliminating pops a creaks.
Keit and her crew were true professionals we would recommend them anytime. As a Project Manager, Keit understood exactly what we wanted, she gave us good suggestions and handled the project from the beginning to the end according to the plan. BC Floors recently installed laminate flooring at our condo. I could not be happier with their work. Nikita helped answer all questions throughout the process and provided all necessary documents required for our strata council. The installation team led by Emerson was knowledgeable, friendly, and careful to not damage the building halls, doors, and elevators. They finished the project promptly and the floors look great!
Great experience working with this team! Keit gave us lots of options for flooring types and the good and the bad of each choice. She was very patient as we took a long time to come to a final decision. Her team showed up on time and ready to go. Alex and Emerson were quick and efficient and treated the moving of the appliances with great care and did a fantastic job on the floor. I can't recommend these guys enough and will definitely be contacting them for more flooring projects.
