I chose this company because I wanted to support a local business, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. It took nearly two months just to schedule the installation due to extremely poor communication. Emails were rarely answered, and I had to repeatedly follow up without clear responses. Our whole experience with BC Floors was smooth from start to finish. Keit showed up at the agreed upon time to take measurements of the room and show me color/pattern options. From there I was provided a very reasonable quote which we accepted. The two floor technicians, Elpidio and Robinsons, showed up on time and got right to work. We love our new hardwood floor from BC Floors. The floor looks beautiful and project manager Keit and the installers, Emerson and Dong, are a fantastic team to work with. We highly recommend them if you are looking for high quality flooring and great service.
