Great experience. Prompt, professional communication throughout with product manager Lawrence. Installation done by Juan was clean, and clearly done with care.
We used BC Floors for the first time to install two bathroom floors as well as two kitchen floors and found the company to be very professional. Not only did they do a great job! especially to detail, the guys kept the site very tidy at all times. We shall Definitely use these guys again and have no hesitation of giving them a 5 star rating
BC floors was amazing. Keit was professional, punctual, and patient with us as we kept changing our minds. Her quotes were thorough and accurate, and her team of Emerson, Elpidio, and Juan were amazing, meticulous workers. They showed up early every day, finished the job on schedule, and were professional and friendly. I chose this company because I wanted to support a local business, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. It took nearly two months just to schedule the installation due to extremely poor communication. Emails were rarely answered, and I had to repeatedly follow up without clear responses. On installation day, the crew was careless and left a mess. They dropped glue on my existing laminate flooring and damaged it. I contacted the company about this but never received any response.
