Poor quality installation that is already coming apart. The floors were not leveled properly, leaving loose debris and screws underneath. As a result, the floorboards move and are breaking at the joints. The stair nosing is uneven creating a trip hazard. The company offered a small discount instead of fixing the physical defects and has stopped responding to repair requests or reimbursement after a significant expense of 20K.
Keit, the Project Manager, and her installment team (Jhoemar and Jerry) did an amazing job on my floors. The work was efficient, on budget, and the installers to great care to leave my home clean after the installation. Would highly recommend them to others.
Very professional service and done great attention to the details. Keit was always available for questions and the crew arrives on time.

Their employees don’t know how to drive. Witnessed one of their vans swerving across two lanes cutting off a grandma and nearly causing an accident just to save 30 seconds of his commute. Probably not the best optics for the company when your logo is on the side of the van
