We were happy with our experience with B.C. floors who did an excellent job of re finishing our cork floors which had been installed over 25 years ago, and were showing signs of wear. The staff we dealt with were competent, friendly and responsive to our requests, and we recommend their company.
Jhoe was very professional and competent. He did a great job repairing sections of flooring that were not leveled properly eliminating pops a creaks.
Keit and her crew were true professionals we would recommend them anytime. As a Project Manager, Keit understood exactly what we wanted, she gave us good suggestions and handled the project from the beginning to the end according to the plan. BC Floors recently installed laminate flooring at our condo. I could not be happier with their work. Nikita helped answer all questions throughout the process and provided all necessary documents required for our strata council. The installation team led by Emerson was knowledgeable, friendly, and careful to not damage the building halls, doors, and elevators. They finished the project promptly and the floors look great!
