Amazing selection, prices & service!
There’s a $5 dollar spending minimum and when you need two nuts/bolts feels silly.
From my initial call to customer service for advice all the way through to the follow-up from the ordering department to confirm a system glitch, every interaction was excellent. After an unsuccessful online search elsewhere for 316 stainless steel bolts and nuts in the specific size and quantity I needed, it was a great find to discover BC Fasteners. The ability to purchase by the piece is perfect for individual consumers, removing the need for large, bulk purchases. Thank you for your outstanding service—well done!
With the ongoing tariff issues with the U.S. it’s nice BC fasteners carries such a large Milwaukee section. Although they are not manufactured in Canada, it’s nice to support a Canadian supplier rather than Home Depot. Have not stepped foot in Home Depot since the tariffs lol.
