From my initial call to customer service for advice all the way through to the follow-up from the ordering department to confirm a system glitch, every interaction was excellent. After an unsuccessful online search elsewhere for 316 stainless steel bolts and nuts in the specific size and quantity I needed, it was a great find to discover BC Fasteners. With the ongoing tariff issues with the U.S. it’s nice BC fasteners carries such a large Milwaukee section. Although they are not manufactured in Canada, it’s nice to support a Canadian supplier rather than Home Depot. Have not stepped foot in Home Depot since the tariffs lol.
