There’s a $5 dollar spending minimum and when you need two nuts/bolts feels silly.
From my initial call to customer service for advice all the way through to the follow-up from the ordering department to confirm a system glitch, every interaction was excellent. With the ongoing tariff issues with the U.S. it’s nice BC fasteners carries such a large Milwaukee section. Although they are not manufactured in Canada, it’s nice to support a Canadian supplier rather than Home Depot. Have not stepped foot in Home Depot since the tariffs lol.
