I am extremely disappointed by the service I received at your store. An employee with a ponytail was openly rude and displayed behaviour that came across as racist and discriminatory. This conduct was noticed by other staff members, who acknowledged that his behavior was inappropriate. They have no clue about thread pitch and other dimensions of hardware etc. you can find more stuff at Home Depot than this thrash site.

Knowledge is not great here, called in asking for some 7/16 socket head cap screws, was told there was none in stock, then was told all they have was Allen bolts in that size…..which are the same thing, but then says that they have a hex. So I asked what was it, and Allen bolt or a hex bolt? He replies that you use an Allen key for them. Now I’m more confused and ask him to clarify, and says they are hex bolts again. This is why people are buying off amazon and not local anymore.
