I am extremely disappointed by the service I received at your store. An employee with a ponytail was openly rude and displayed behaviour that came across as racist and discriminatory. This conduct was noticed by other staff members, who acknowledged that his behavior was inappropriate. When we asked for the employee’s name, no one was willing to provide it, which only added to the frustration and lack of accountability in this situation. They have no clue about thread pitch and other dimensions of hardware etc. you can find more stuff at Home Depot than this thrash site.
