Very poor customer service. The counter guy is very rude and snobby, acting like he is doing you a favor just by talking to you.
Their online shopping and pricing was great. They beat Home Depot pricing and their customer service was super fast to respond on the chat. Shipping was fast and got tracking details
Great shop.. when the milwaukee factory service center tefused to help me.. these guys did! Great staff and great prices. Thanks again!
Well first of all they had a competitive price and best of all they had inventory of a hard to find item. Product shipped right away. Will add them to a list of preferred vendors going forward.
