Very kind from the moment I called to my actual appointment. The entire experience was seamless, straightforward, and thorough. They genuinely took the time to get to know me, answer my questions, and make me feel comfortable rather than rushed. I also really appreciated how upfront and transparent they are. They also focused on what was truly in the best interest of the patient. So happy to have found a great optometrist — highly recommend!
We recently visited this clinic for a pediatric eye exam and were told in advance that our insurance was accepted and would cover the visit aside from a co-pay and an additional retinal scan, which was explained as part of their more comprehensive exam. However, after the appointment, we were asked to pay for additional services that had not been disclosed beforehand. Needed to get my eyes tested. And we found this place, they were both great. Love that we found a smaller boutique optometrist office that really care and are there to help. They have all new cutting edge technology to test and help keep my eye health in check. Thanks
