The agent was really helpful and amazing customer service. They answered all my questions and I'm happy with them.
I got quotes for a heat pump from plumbers for over $7k and that was way out of my budget. The rep told me about the program they had to offer for the heat pump and it made complete sense because my gas bill was $153 on equalized payments and with a heat pump, I don't use any gas so the savings would offset the cost. The installation was done properly and the installers were amazing. The only reason I am giving a 4 star review is because I did not expect them coming by and disturbing my dinner time
BEWARE: DO NOT SPEAK OR ENTERTAIN THESE FOOLS OR THEY WILL FOOL YOU! It doesn't take much for these guys to scam innocent citizens of British Columbia. Faking an "assessment", and asking for a void cheque because you qualify for a rebate is all their master plan to make you sign a piece of paper that's a lease for a furnace. Their sales people are sitting lies from their mouths and the management team is even worse. Representative provided useful information about why installing a new furnace makes sense. Got a new furnace installed in my house in Vancouver a few days ago. No complaints yet :)
Really good customer service. I am really happy with my new equipment instead of paying all the time for expensive repairs. This is worth it.
