I appreciated the lawyer's knowledge and insight, but my experience was overshadowed by the way I was spoken to. I’m not sure if my description of events was unclear or if the lawyer was simply distracted while driving during our call, but I didn’t appreciate being spoken to in a condescending manner. In the end, I did get the information I sought.
