ordered a part on their website which states "made in house" and after a few days I contacted them as I did not get a shipping notification. They told me my part had to be ordered from the U.S and would take 7-10 business days. I needed it sooner and requested a cancellation. When I finally got my refund after contacting the again, several days later, it was not for the full amount. Seems they charged me a restocking fee on something that was not in stock! even though, again their website says made in house! and the google s... read more
