Giving ine star cause I can't give zero stars. Absolutely Terrible Experience!!!! August 11th I ordered some parts because they claimed to have the Banks intake elbow I needed. I waited 2-3weeks in the dark, only for me to inform them the part us actually discontinued. So they would send me a different intake elbow. They sent the wrong one! Here I am 7.5 weeks later and they tell me now that they don't have the one I need and will be another couple weeks. Over7 weeks waiting around with these guys! Absolutely unacceptable. Shipping inside Canada takes 2 weeks with is ridiculous, need to work on getting the product out he door as soon as possible. As stated by other reviews, your Competitors are much more efficient
Excellent service. The lady i spoke to on the phone was polite, very knowledgeable and easy to understand. She was able to help me order the parts for my truck. Everything arrived on time and I even got a couple stickers. I'll definitely be ordering from you guys again :)
j'ai commandé une pièce Dorman habituellement livré dans une boite en carton avec les vrai numéro Dorman sur la pièce et sur la boite et il m'on envoyé une pièce de piètre quality style Amazon livré dans un sac en plastique et étiquetté de manière maison par eux , sans écriture du numéro de pièce Dorman sur la pièce et qui était clairement pas une pièce Dorman comme j'avais commandé et payé le prix d'un Dorman . très décu et perte totale de confiance de cette compagnie
