5 stars for getting the work done, answering questions, being rock stars on the project. We get it - you are busy and in demand. But sometimes things need some attention after the dust settles. Our outdoor patio finished 12/2023, got some attention Q1 in 2024 with paint - it was chipping and falling off all over the patio table and carpet (making 1/2 the patio pretty ugly and hard to use!) but it happened again soon thereafter. Then boards started to split. Rain damage? Bad wood? Maybe due to painting in the winter? Too cold... read more
Brad and his crew built a beautiful 400 sqft covered patio addition onto the back of our home in Spring of 2021. The project was permitted and finished early. The workmanship was top-notch. We had one small issue with trim work that appeared a year later (related to the material and not the workmanship), and it was remedied immediately by Brad's crew. It has now been 3 years since completion and the new patio remains our home's favorite space to spend time together.
We used these guys to build a fabulous screen porch and they did amazing work but beware…we have things that didn’t get finished despite paying in full, and ALSO a wall or roof leak, and Brad has just ghosted us. Months with no return calls or texts despite repeated attempts. I’d change my review if I could ever hear from him again. Updated. Despite numerous attempts to reach Brad, he's just ghosted us. Not sure why, we were easy to work with, the job grew and so did his paycheck, he did good work, and then, disappeared off ... read more
We have issues with workmanship and Brad said he would come and correct the problems. That was over a month ago, he won’t return calls and does not stand behind his work. Steve L
