Provided faulty paperwork upon sale that said there were no open recalls under the vehicle's VIN I was buying. 4 months later the engine seized and Kia won't cover the replacement because I didn't complete the outstanding recalls.. that I knew nothing about. Was trying to buy a truck they had. Was dealing with Brandon. Told him I was out of town for the weekend but would come Monday as soon as I was done work. Communicated with him every day to let him know I was still coming and wanted the truck. Touched base with him Monday morning and confirmed I was still coming. Guys are very accommodating. They asked us what we are looking for in a vehicle, our budget and how we intend to pay. Showed us the vehicles that's in range and got the car within that week. Thanks guys and more power!
