I was given 2 free hours of movers via an apartment locator in Nov. 2025. The movers were slow and damaged one of my televisions. One mover was insistent on finding an outlet to charge his phone when he arrived. When I mentioned the damaged TV to their manager, Gary, I was told their moving company is not supposed to move televisions. I asked what the policy was around replacing a damaged TV as I had not signed a contract or was told by the movers they cannot move televisions.
