Hard to explain about front staff, they don’t even want give answers to your questions and if you are asking something they are not even looking at you, if you need something very rude towards you. This is not acceptable because kids are sick that’s why parents are here, staff need to smile on their face .

Be careful with the nurses at ER. They’re rough with infants. After a few interactions, we realized our child would be safer at home than here. Doctor convinced us to stay
