my recent experience was really great! all staff warm and welcoming, there are volunteers giving out coloring pages, they also have volunteers to distract child during procedures with toys. Room with TV just makes the waiting much more pleasant for children (and parents). Nurses were very helpful, doctor super friendly and attentive towards my kiddo. Hospital visits are never pleasant but this time, it was as comfortable and nice as possible. Thank you!
Great service. We've been here twice and have always been pleased with how they treat the kids.
I came, I saw and I was impressed with the professionalism. Starting from the security guard who was very helpful in giving directions to the triage nurses who were very attentive and responsive to patients. Everyone seem so happy with their jobs and most importantly, there were smiles all around
