I came, I saw and I was impressed with the professionalism. Starting from the security guard who was very helpful in giving directions to the triage nurses who were very attentive and responsive to patients. Everyone seem so happy with their jobs and most importantly, there were smiles all around

I am beyond disappointed with the experience we had at the children’s emergency department several times. We brought in a very sick child with fever, severe headache, throat pain, and visible swelling around the eye, and instead of feeling cared for or taken seriously, we felt completely dismissed and ignored for more than 5 hours… The wait times were unacceptable, communication was poor, and no one seemed concerned about how uncomfortable and distressed our child was.
