It used to be a great hospital that processed patients quickly and treated them well. My experience was horrible. After waiting for six hours, no doctor saw my child. Is this a way to treat people? The name itself suggests urgency—“emergency.” I paid a huge amount for parking, yet it feels like the government only takes our money. I know emerg rooms can be a NIGHTMARE, but from start to finish we had such a good experience here for our 8 month old. We were in and out in 2 hours. Everyone to the triage nurse, ER nurses and doctors were very gentle and kind. I found their intake and process quite seamless. Biggest shoutout to the doctors tho who were so curious, kind, thorough, and very gentle and compassionate with our baby.
