BC Care have serviced my gas appliances for years. They installed my new gas fireplace last year, sourcing a beautiful, affordable model that fit into my uniquely-sized space. Sam and Shawai arrived ontime (phone call before to confirm arrival time). They serviced the furnace promptly. Sam noticed that our fireplace was burning orange and was leaving black soot inside the unit and outside along the vent. He explained the issue and we were able to address it on the spot. The firelace is working properly again. I appreciated them being proactive and taking care of the issue right away. I would highly recommend BC Care Heating Services to my neighbours.
Diagnosed as fireplace switch needed replacement and didn't even charge for house call. Impressive.
