Waste of $150 for the service call. The tech came to check my hot water tank; all they did was look up the age of the tank and tell me I needed a new one because it was old. Done in 15 mins. The next company I called fixed it with a $50 part. Very disappointed as they have great reviews otherwise. I will say the service was quick-- they were here within 48hrs.
Old furnace at my house broke down last month during the coldest couple of days this winter. BCCH quickly arranged on-site inspection/consulting, provided open and honest opinions on possible solution options. We made informed decision on upgrading to a new dual fuel heating system to take advantage of the current rebate offered by FortisBC.
