I strongly recommend the staff and management have a conversation about id’ing people. I’ve been there over a dozen times with the same I’d and was just told that it “wasn’t good enough” by the same person who has id’d me several times. I have all of my correct id as I work in the same industry. Complete waste of my time. This has happened way too many times where I come in with the same ID as always and get denied service.
My partner and I were denied service we have been going there together for over 6 months regularly with the same pieces of ID we’ve always used and they denied my partner service saying she’s not showing ID even though it’s her drivers license and credit card with signature and name.They then denied me service because I was with her.
Love the staff here! Always happy to chat if there's nobody in line.
