Bad customer service..left unhappy
Worst customer service. Worst management. Product knowledge is extremely low. I was given the wrong mg and wrong product. I asked for cbd and was given a highly potent THC product. This left me in a terrible state..wont be back and will advocate to boycott this location.
Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Good vibes. Good products. Coming here is like a nice break from an otherwise heartless world.
the store supervisor Nicole was an amazing help for us so we could find the best product! they were enthusiastic, knowledgable and very kind, walking us through the different ingredients and effects it has on the body which was awesome! highly recommend this location :)
