Lisa (reception) was lovely. Clear, relevant and informative with questions and directions. Kind, engaged and present to her tasking. (Both in her dealings with me and from what I observed in two other patient interactions.) The clinic ran on time and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Tha k you.
