Front desk staff is so rude, no smiling and ask me to go left to sit while there was no space, and then directed me to right when there was no seat and she started to raise her voice to tell me sit twice that she can see in front of her there was no seat as she wasn’t even paying attention to check by look. I’ve been to the BC Cancer – Breast Screening clinic in Richmond and I have to say, the screening itself is excellent. The technologist are professional, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. They take the time to explain the process, ensure you're comfortable, and make the experience as smooth as possible. You really feel like you're in good hands with the medical care team when.
