I was here and asked second time to change my family dr. Info... very rude and disrespectful front desk. It took around 15 min to MOA to agree to do it.
I went for a cancer screening, and the receptionist was extremely rude and impatient. Since it was my first time doing this test, I was already feeling very scared and anxious. Dealing with her attitude only made things worse and gave me a headache. Working in situations like this, need a little compassion and understanding which would make such a difference. It’s really disappointing. Thankfully, the person who performed the screening was kind and professional.
Is this truly a clinic in Canada? There is an unfriendly receptionist and medical staff who struggle to communicate clearly in English.
A whole disaster! One of the worst experiences in my life! The staff look so unhappy and it seems they don't like their job at all. Even the #address is confusing on the Google map, since there are two 4980 Kingsway which are so close! And takes forever that they answer the phone and help you! I missed my appointment because of all these reasons...Try another location, my friend.
