​"The technician who did the screening was very sweet and helpful. However, the plus sized woman with glasses at the reception was so mean and absolutely the worst. I believe reception is crucial because it’s where you get the first impression, and being hospitable should be a job requirement. If you’re going to be rude and upset everyone, you’re in the wrong line of work."

Went there on April 1, 2026, in the evening. It was my first time going there. The front desk lady is one of the worst medical office assistants I have ever met. She was grumpy and gave us a black face through the time when I and another patience were there. Another lady does not have her own family doctor thus she intended to change the recipient of her report to another walk-in clinic doctor and this front desk grumpy lady rejected to help her to change. I like this clinic very much, having been coming here for years. The staff are fast, friendly and professional, making the best of an exam that nobody ever looks forward to. Two thumbs up! 👍👍

I was here and asked second time to change my family dr. Info... very rude and disrespectful front desk. It took around 15 min to MOA to agree to do it.

I went for a cancer screening, and the receptionist was extremely rude and impatient. Since it was my first time doing this test, I was already feeling very scared and anxious. Dealing with her attitude only made things worse and gave me a headache. Working in situations like this, need a little compassion and understanding which would make such a difference. It’s really disappointing. Thankfully, the person who performed the screening was kind and professional.
