The whole BC Cancer Clinic staff in Kelowna is extraordinary. From front desk staff, to nurses, to oncologists and even volunteers, everyone is amazing. The respect and compassion they show everyday through treatment is honorable. The radiation staff remember your name and are so welcoming every radiation session. The nurses get to know you and greet you when you go in for chemo. If you're lucky enough to have Dr. Hamid Raizee, you've hit the jackpot. The Centre has dedicated staff The care goes beyond expectations This week I went for a follow appointment. I lost my car keys .One of Nurses came outside with me and found my keys on the lawn Thank so much It's been a challenging 2 years having cancer and treatment but with kind knowledgeable staff makes all the difference
The staff, doctors and nurses are great! I thought I had it good in Ontario, the people take what could be a very intimidating experience and made me feel at ease and comfortable.
Was there for radiation treatment for prostate cancer . Everyone involved in process was very caring , informative and pleasant to deal with . The volunteers , reception , nursing staff , radiologists and doctors . They have a very well run system for patients to check in on treatment days . Thank you to all !
