I asked the salesperson specifically if they had Nature's Best Bella Turf in stock and the salesperson said very directly yes they do have it in stock. Drive 30 minutes to pick up and get there and the salesperson says that they do not have it. The salesperson gave me other options in their clearance area. The "Clearance" pricing is less than 20% off per square foot what you can get brand new at Rona with VIP or other retailers (Site One, Northwest Landscape Supply ect.).
