I had the shop replaced a turbo actuator on a 2017 GMC Duramax with an L5 P during the process of removing the broken old turbo actuator and replacing the new actuator. The shop failed to tighten the turbo actuator and the turbo actuator rod fell off and left me stranded. The shop did nothing and blamed it all on the old owner I would not recommend the shop to anybody.
Jason has excellent customer service skills. I would recommend this shop they are honest and helpful.
I love that this place is still family owned and operated. They are so friendly and professional. They always explain everything so it's easy to understand. They are very reasonably priced, too. They go above and beyond and double check. They are also very patient with all of my questions.
Experience was 5 star. Jason's customer service skills are stellar and all work performed was properly documented with pictures presented to the customer during review. In addition, pricing was fair and quality of work was masterful. Definitely superior auto care and I highly recommend to anyone considering getting work done here (this review referencing work performed on front brakes on a small Mercedes sedan).
