I didn't have any work done, but I was given a lot of information about the issues I called in for. These guys do the research and let you know what they find. If you have questions or you aren't sure what's going on, I highly recommend coming here to get a better answer. If it isn't in their wheelhouse they'll let you know too in case a repair is very specific or requires specialized tools they don't have.
