Very disappointed with this place. Took a car in for a front end alignment. They told me I needed to replace the camber bolts for rear end alignment when I asked to see the bad part the mechanic showed me that the bolt spun freely and wouldn't adjust. Well it will spin freely until you adjust the cam and tighten it back down. So now I speak to the owner who is now being rude and has a attitude. BC Auto and their team are absolutely wonderful. I took my vehicle their after getting it back from getting repaired to have them look it over because it didn't seem right to me and having every light on the dashboard. I reached out to them and they got me in right away and did a checklist on it to figure out what was all wrong with it to come up with a game plan to get it fixed right. Had brake lines blow out and bc auto was able to get the vehicle in same day with an excellent fix and saved me a great deal of time! Highly recommend them! 10/10
