I didn’t get his name but I had a racially charged and unprofessional interaction with an EMS individual collecting a resident today. His comments to myself and my colleague were inappropriate and irrelevant to patient care. I feel like I needed to comment now, for that it wasn’t my first time that EMS in Vernon got way too rude. I’m surprised to hear the same stories from my colleagues too :(

I went by ambulance to the hospital yesterday home last night. Want to thank for the great 👍 care I was given by Darlene Klausen and her partner Sue. Exceptional service they went up and beyond. Thank you both so much for everything.
