Basically left me breathless as I'm weezing because of a lung problem. Didn't offer oxygen when arriving. "My lung feels like it's collapsing" I can't breath" my chest hurts" etcc,, What is so hard to understand about that? Your best advice was to bring me to the E.R where I sat for the first 20 minutes after I checked in only to hear "they can't find my name" after explaining the whole ordeal.
