I’ve been with BBWH for 10 years, working with Wes Powell and his team. I’ve always found them to be very responsive to any/every call or email. Members of my family have bought and sold a lot of cars, and all I had to do was email the details and the changeover was made and a new insurance card issued usually within 24 hours. Wes and others have always given me great advice about policies to save me money and optimize my coverage. I’d do business with them all over again.

Called and never got a call back. Went by their office and dropped off all of my information with my current insurance company at the time. Still haven't heard back from them. I needed a quote for three cars, homeowners and a boat. I guess they don't do business with local everyday people. I think I even sent an email on their website and nothing!
