Honestly a horrible bank. * Horrible customer service * Horrible transitions between companies * Transitions between companies too often * Inaccurate information concerning new debit card wait times. I got hung up on several times calling about a new debit card. I payed for Express shipping of a new card ($50) and somehow it has taken two weeks and i STILL don't have my new card. Horrible costumer service! I tried to close my account, and they didn’t want to assist me with that!! I turned off the overdraft option and I’m still getting charged. Stay away from this bank!!!
I've dealt with numerous banks and this is the worst one by far. Ridiculous fees and terrible service. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK. Just about any bank you pick will provide you with better service.
