I really like this bank. I just wish they could have been open through all of this but I understand. I think that they are open now.
One star is far too generous. BBVA is the absolute worst bank in all of the United States of America, therefore certainly the most atrocious bank in all of the DFW area. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST! No one can ever help you, and the worst part is that they will LIE directly to you and try and convince you that you need to contact another department for assistance. Inside poor customer service....Maria Cruz was the representative. Im so for sure it was because I am African American in Highland Park area. My bank card ans valid ID in hand! I have NEVER encountered such service with BBVA .
