Stacey the teller accused me of fraud and locked my account in the middle of a pandemic for about 3 1/2 weeks. I came the next day to speak to the Branch Manager. Nestor notified me that the banks have lost tons due to fraud. So, he decided to make me go through a whole process to provide documents verifying my funds.
