A very very bizarre bank, I'd stay away from them personally they closed my account out of the blue with no reason given and not even a phone call to alert me to the closing. Comical at best
Jonathan the branch manager was very eager to assist and saved me from leaving Compass bank!! Great man deserves praise and others should look up to him as well for professionalism skills! I will definitely be returning to this branch and maybe only this location from now on. Thanks again for all your help Jonathan, your kindness is appreciated!!!
Extremely rude staff who is unwilling to help and condescending. The old woman at the teller counter did not offer any kind of help and continuously raised her voice at me. Banks shouldn’t hire someone who is unwilling to answer basic questions and provide minimal customer service. If you have the option to go to another branch, DO IT.
This Compass location has the worst service and the most rude staff. We were never greeted or asked how we could be helped by a teller, or even the branch manager who almost knocked over my daughters stroller while trying to decorate. The only teller on the line was decorating and having a conversation with another customer, and the drive through teller (who had NO ONE at the window) couldnt be bothered to come to the line and help either. If you bank at Compass, never go here
Austin Police just informed me that 3 $100 bills that I got directly from this branch are counterfeit. Call to their customer service line told me that I need to go to the branch and they will determine if they can help me. No we're sorry - no anything.
