This is a trash bank, they charged so much of my service fee for not using the account while they don’t let me cancel my account virtually. This is so stupid. I left AL, and there is no PNC in my new city at all! The closest place is 1 and a half hour away. Trash bank
Very poorly managed PNC bank at the Village Plains branch. PNC in general is not a good bank but this branch doesn't help their case.
My boyfriend and I just had to go in to get a Cashier’s check, and the young woman who was helping us was very sweet, but she accidentally got the amount wrong. I let her know and she was very apologetic and fixed it immediately, but unfortunately during the process, another PNC employee, HEATHER, came and stood over her shoulder and very RUDELY criticized her every move.
