Incompetent staff made us waste hours trying to open accounts just to tell us at the end that our paperwork was not enough after being reviewed throughout the whole process . We were told there was NO manager to approve our provided information because they were on vacation!!?? Really no management to approve it?

The worst possible experience one could have when trying to find a home for my family. They’re very inconsiderate and have no compassion for people. We were made to believe that everything had been approved and set to close on a home, however this bank gave us the runaround prolonging the close date. Ultimately the seller went a different route.
