I opened up an account 2 MONTHS ago deposited a good amount of money and I still haven’t received my card or a letter saying its late or something, so I came to the bank today to close my account and they are charging me for closing the account early and I am here waiting outside in my car 102 degrees to get a cash check because I can’t get cash !! This bank sucks !! And on top of it I didn’t get any explanation saying why I didn’t get my card, they just said they are late on everything (2 MONTHS)!!

THERE IS NOT ONE PERSON IN THAT BANK THAT IS NICE !!! THEY ARE VERY RUDE !
