I just had hip surgery last Friday so I just sent my young cousin to make a cash deposit. This officious branch would NOT allow him to even make a deposit without an I.D., now really!! This is a small neighbourhood where most of us know each other. I have been doing business at this location for over twenty five years! Not a happy camper! Do I really have to get in my wheelchair and go up there? Does anyone see how silly this is but me?
Far better to have a community credit union.
This bank is the greatest ever. When you walk in the door they know your name and will do anything they can to help you. They share their new products but are not pushy about it. I feel that they have my best interest at heart. Never have experienced a bank like this one. I highly recommend it.
