I love the local office on Tejon in Colorado Springs! All the ladies that work there are great. Knowledgeable and friendly. Always willing to help. As for the Powers that be are really discouraging I needed some extra help due to Covid and had to go outside of my bank for help. I held a secured card from then for 8 months never missed a payment and that does not matter to them. Both of the ladies that work at the counter are so sweet! They have been so helpful! I am thankful for Brooke especially as she has had to put up with me a lot.
Hannah answered my call this morning, she didn't advise that she was looking into my account just left me with dead air in the phone. I had ask " hello?" To even ensure the call had not been disconnected. I was then condensing told I wasn't on hold. I was charged an NSF when funds were available and instead of getting a manger to look into it immediately I was told " we'll look into and we will call you" no estimate time, I had to request a time and who would be calling.
