I been along time customer but never experienced anything like this before, a few weeks back ago i was trying to retrieve some cash out from the ATM everything seemed going on smoothly until the ATM machine never ejected my debit card back to me ... whom ever is in charge please send someone to fix your machine! i called customer service to complain about my experience they wanted to charge me $9.99 to get a replacement debit card .. why would i have to pay $9.99 for a card that i never lost? totally desagreable this branch ... read more
