We are a small nonprofit in Dallas and were referred to BBTech. Since moving across the support we've received has been outstanding. Brian and the team are personable and we feel like the tech that has been assigned to us is another member of our team. The thing we like most is how proactive they are and support is given so promptly. They really know what they are doing!

I worked at a small company that relied on BBTech for all IT services and they were always there when we needed them. They would patiently walk computer illiterate co-workers through very simple processes, and they stayed long hours when we were hit with ransomware that would have taken any other company of our size out.
