Today marks one month of training with her. Her knowledge is undeniable and her energy is out of this world. She'll push you, praise you, and make you hate it so much you'll want more lol. All jokes aside, she's amazing and even though I could go on and on, if you want to be the best version of yourself and get into the best shape of your life, get with her. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Tina is positive, energetic, encouraging and so much fun. She truly customizes your workout to fit your needs. Tina goes way and beyond to make sure you are successful in your fit/healthy journey. I would highly recommend BBT!!

Having come out of a serious medical odyssey had left me in a pretty bad state. I was afraid of hurting myself any worse at the gym on my own. So I knew I needed help.
